With the brand being completely new and with little e-commerce presence, he trusted Social Loop to build an Amazon presence and strategy from scratch, as well as support the off Amazon activity to drive traffic to the Amazon listing(s).

We started with understanding the category and establishing the listings, keywords and target customers. Once we’d completed our research we set about building the listings and managing all creative and design to ensure that the brand was reflected across images, A+ and storefront. After establishing the presence we set about building the brand to being the highest ranked Dog Training Aid on Amazon and establishing presence in Amazon EU as the brand continued to grow.

Problem

Founder Luke, in the midst of lockdown 2020 with time on his hands and a love for pets, decided to scratch an itch that he’d had for a while and launch his first Amazon business. With no previous experience and a skillset that didn’t necessarily lend itself to selling products online, he approached Social Loop to help him launch his first product, the Dog Talk Recordable training buzzers.
